First off, you co-create this experience.

Together we customize the experience to your needs. We work with your leadership to get grass-roots enrollment by the future participants, by first polling them for their biggest current time management challenges. We also provide you a large list of sub-topics and objectives under the general time management theme. You choose which sub-topics and objectives we should focus on or throw out all together. Sometimes, you may point us to sub-topics we don't even have on our list. That is great. We will work with you to ensure your specific objectives are met.

Second, we work with you to measure the results.

We do this at two levels. We work with your leadership to form an agreement on how this will be deemed successful and in line with your firm's goals and vision.

Additionally, we want the success to be measured at the individual participant level. We hold a personalized one-on-one follow-up coaching session for each participant to measure the impact of the experience in their daily lives. We'll also, in this 50 minute personal coaching session, tackle any lingering issues or questions they may still have.

So, in summary, there are three phases to this service:
