Our Laser Coaching process is based on five general steps. We work with you one-on-one, and solicit feedback from your colleagues, to do the following:

- Evaluate and measure results.

How often do the coach and coachee meet?
The coach and coachee will hold anywhere between two to four formal 50 minute teleconferences per month. The professional coach will be available in between calls for brief periods of time or to respond to emails or any questions. The specific timing of the calls will be designed around the schedule of the coachee.
