Having been founded by a CPA, we're big into specific measurement of value. That's why we always begin services to you with the "measurement" conversation. We know of many hard and soft ways to measure value, but many times we just want you to tell us how you will measure the success of our partnership. Help us challenge the popular notion that acquired "soft-skills" cannot be measured.

We learn about You and Your Company's Culture

We want to know what your vision of success looks like. We want to be a part of that and celebrate your achievements. We live for that. We'll ask for input about how we can best learn the ins and outs of you or your company.

We want to Wow you with an Experience

When we come and present to your folks, we would prefer not call it a seminar or session. We think of our visits as "experiences" for three reasons:

  • You become part of the show. Whether it's as part of a role-playing exercise or a cameo in one of our videos, you are always involved.
  • We utilize what we term "multi-multi-media". We are big believers in using technology to ignite your senses and learning potential. Our experiences will include videos, music, sounds, and other technological surprises. At the same time, we'll always make sure the use of these technologies is practical to the objectives.
  • Everything we do is personalized and customized. We cannot provide off the shelf solutions because we are not good at that. We gain grass-roots buy-in to our services before we show up at your door and we have you co-create the customized objectives.

Have you ever worked with someone where you did not feel comfortable giving them feedback, however valuable it might be to them? That's the opposite of what we want to be. The only feedback we don't like is the kind not communicated.
